Signing up is quick and easy. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and help you choose the membership plan that aligns with your oral health needs and wants. We have the option of 3 plans.

This membership is only open to current patients, NOT New Patients. New patients must pay the initial New Patient appointment fee to have the option to sign up. This fee can be between $278 - $467 depending upon what needs to be done for the new patient appointment. Patients who haven’t been in office within THREE YEARS are considered NEW Patients.
