Payment
Unless specific prior arrangements have been made, full payment is due at the time of service prior to the commencement of treatment. We will accept payment in cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card.

We also offer a long-term financing option through a third party. (subject to credit approval)

Dental Insurance
Many of our clients are covered by dental insurance. These policies can vary widely in the amount and scope of coverage. We will try to estimate what portion the insurance will cover and let you know prior to your appointment. Insurance is an agreement between the client and the insurance company. We will assist in gathering as much information as possible, but some insurance companies will not communicate specific covered amounts with us.
Clients will need to pay for all co-insurance and deductibles before services are rendered. We will file the claim with the insurance company for the amount estimated. The balance becomes the responsibility of the clients after 30 days.
Care Credit

Cancellation Policy
An appointment is an agreement between you and our office. Our part calls for us to reserve doctor, staff, and office time for you. If you must re-schedule an appointment, please extend us the courtesy of 48 hours notice, since changes in appointments affect other clients as well as our staff. We regret that we must assess a charge for failed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
